Swiss authorities overseeing gaming have banned nearly 50 online gambling sites, including a domain linked to Bet365.

The list of prohibited websites was initially compiled in 2019 and is updated frequently to reflect domains that the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK) or Gespa (which oversee gambling in the German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland, respectively) consider to be operating illegally within Switzerland. The list was last revised in June.

Internet providers are obligated to block access to all websites on the list.

In the most recent update, a domain associated with Bet365 – 288-563.com – has been added to the Gespa and ESBK list.

Gespa’s list now includes a total of 18 websites, including betting exchange Matchbook.com, esports betting sites csgoempire.com and bahigo64.com – the 11th Bahigo brand to appear on the list.

Betadonis.com, cryptokitties.co and escowin10.com were also added.

The ESBK list includes another 31 new entries, including two Bahigo brands, six Playamo websites, two Superbit Casino domains and five Wild Tornado pages.

Since 2019, the two regulatory bodies have banned over 600 websites.
