The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) has joined forces with iTel Networks to provide internet connectivity to its retail associates.

iTel Networks, a communications firm, will offer network services to BCLC’s retail partners through this alliance.

This collaboration aims to assist BCLC’s partners in distant and rural regions of British Columbia in selling lottery goods by providing them with remote network services.

iTel was granted the three-year agreement after BCLC initiated an open bidding process. The process involved a request for proposals for province-wide internet services.

“Considering the extent of our network, iTel fulfilled all our requirements,” stated Pat Davis, BCLC’s Vice President of Business Technology and Chief Information Officer.
